We want you to love your experience with Diamond by Numbers. If you’re not completely satisfied, You may return your order within 30 days of delivery—No questions asked
How to Initiate a Return
Simply contact our support team with your order number and let us know you’d like to return an item. We’ll send you the return address and instructions to get started.
Condition of Refund and Returns Policy
All returned products must be in unused, resalable condition. This includes:
- Unopened kits
- Original packaging with no writing or damage
- Sealed diamond bags
- No diamonds placed on the canvas
We cannot accept returns that show signs of use or tampering.
Refund Timeline
We receive and inspect your return, then process your refund within 72 business hours. We refund the amount directly to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. At this time, we do not offer prepaid return labels.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Order Cancellations
You can request a cancellation as long as your order hasn’t entered fulfillment. Because our system is automated, this window is short. If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to complete the return process after it arrives.
Modifying an Order
Unfortunately, we can’t add or change items in an existing order. If needed, contact us to cancel your order (as long as we haven’t processed it yet), then place a new order with the correct items.
