Similarly, international orders follow the same processing timeframe of 5–10 business days. However, shipping durations differ depending on the destination:
Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: Arrives within 12–20 business days
Europe: May take up to 20 business days
Other International Locations: Allow up to 25 business days

Where Do You Ship From?
Every diamond painting kit we offer is custom made at our dedicated art production and exhibition center in China. As soon as you place an order, our skilled artists begin preparing your kit with precision and care. After production, we ship your package using trusted international delivery partners. Depending on your location, it may arrive through carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, Fastway, and others. Additionally, all kits are produced exclusively in China and select Asian countries. These regions are equipped with the advanced, high-precision machinery necessary to craft each canvas, diamond, and tool to perfection. As a result, we maintain strict quality standards to ensure you receive the best possible crafting experience every time.
